2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and may offer international shipping in select countries.
If international shipping is available, delivery timelines, customs duties, and taxes may vary depending on the destination country.
Virsa is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by foreign authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Estimated delivery timelines within Canada typically range from 3–10 business days after dispatch.
International delivery (if applicable) may take 7–21 business days.
These timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier operations, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.
If tracking is unavailable for your order, please contact our support team.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Virsa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or natural events, but we will assist in resolving issues wherever possible.
8. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. You will be notified if this occurs.
There is no additional shipping charge for partial shipments.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is refused or returned due to customer-related issues, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional charges may apply for resending the order.
10. Change of Shipping Details
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping details cannot be modified.
If you need to update your address before dispatch, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
