At Virsa, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Products must not show signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration.
Virsa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
These exclusions are made for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at virsa7823@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear product images.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for size or defective items, subject to availability. If your desired replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. Exchange requests must follow the same return eligibility conditions.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempts:
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
9. Processing Delays
Virsa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, banking systems, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will assist customers wherever possible.
