Simply browse our collection, select your preferred items and sizes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
3. Are your products true to size?
Yes, our products follow standard sizing. However, minor variations may occur. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.
4. Will the product color look exactly like the photos?
We try our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
5. Do you restock sold-out items?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Canada usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch.
International delivery (if applicable) may take 7–21 business days.

11. What if my package is delayed?
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier services, weather, or customs. If your order seems unusually delayed, please contact us.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
